About the role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities include describing the food and beverage options to guests by offering interesting descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods. You will be closing guest checks, maintaining high visibility in the operation, delivering superior service with dedication, and providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

What you will do

• Manage commis de rang, demi-chef de rang, trainees, and apprentices.
• Carry trays correctly, clear and reset tables.
• Know the menu and the chef's suggestions.
• Know and discuss products and their preparation.

The list of tasks above is not exhaustive; your role will require adaptation to high activity situations and specific customer relationship management.

What we are looking for

• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Legal right to work in France at the time of application and fluency in French and English.
