Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans des projets informatiques pour R&D dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
• Connaissance des solutions logicielles standards pour les laboratoires scientifiques.
• Anglais courant.

Your mission

Based in Toulouse (site Langlade), Pierre Fabre is hiring a CDI Chef de Projet SI R&D Pharma to join the Digital Acceleration Information System (DAIS) Innovation team.

The role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions for R&D, focusing on data management systems for scientific research and clinical studies.

• Assist Business Analysts in defining needs and ensure alignment with IT solutions in collaboration with project managers and business relationship managers.
• Propose technical and functional solutions based on expertise.
• Lead and participate in the design, validation, and deployment of new solutions or enhancements.
• Ensure project success by coordinating stakeholders and adhering to cost, quality, and regulatory standards (GxP, HDS).
• Manage all project phases respecting processes, best practices, and security policies.

This position allows for teleworking 2 days per week after the probation period.

Who you are

With a Bac +5 in IT and R&D Pharma or scientific background with IT project experience, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT projects for R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of standard software solutions such as data management systems (eLN, LIMS) for scientific labs and clinical data management systems.
• Fluent in English.
