About the role

Within our Bordeaux agency, you will act as a Project Manager, overseeing one or more projects, ensuring quality, team management, deadlines, and budget adherence.

Your activities will focus on three main areas:

1. Talent Management: Leading the project team, supporting team members' professional development (hard skills / soft skills), conducting weekly follow-up meetings, evaluating team members with Evaluation Sheets (FEP), collaborating with Management and HR.
2. Production: Implementing project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Safe, Scrum, etc.), using project management tools (load tracking, ticketing systems), monitoring financial aspects, quality of deliverables, respecting schedules, identifying risks, and leading project meetings (Daily, client committee, etc.), fostering client relationships.
3. Business Development: Assisting in identifying commercial opportunities, responding to tenders, and project costing.

About you

You have at least 5 years of experience in project management with advanced technical skills, preferably in an ESN environment. You enjoy advising, engaging with projects and teams, defining and designing products, with a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality. Co-creation and understanding are key motivators for you.

Required skills include:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Mastery of project management and client support methods: Agile, reporting, team management, KPI implementation, analytics, workshop facilitation, cost and risk management
• Proven Data / Digital culture on past projects as a Project Manager
• Leadership that influences project outcomes through your actions
