What to expect: As a Packaging Project Manager, you will play a central role in managing strategic projects related to the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for technical coordination, meeting deadlines, quality, and budget, while bringing your expertise in packaging to improve sustainability and existing concepts.
Project design and planning phase: Analyze packaging needs and identify suitable solutions in collaboration with relevant teams (R&D, methods, purchasing, quality). Design and lead a project plan including key deliverables: risk analyses, validation protocols, tests, reports, and documentation updates. Build and manage a project budget, controlling costs and resources.
Operational management phase: Oversee supplier qualifications, components, and validation testing of packaging. Coordinate critical project phases, including impact analysis and change management through internal change control processes. Offer guidance in case of non-compliance or necessary modifications. Provide technical support to production sites, especially in material selection and packaging methods.
Requirements: Expertise in packaging and good knowledge of materials (physical, chemical, biological properties). Over 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. Mastery of qualification and validation processes. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for interaction with international teams. Rigor, organization, multitasking ability, proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP/ERP tools. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
