You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a FIFA World Cup TM match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of many events across the globe, most notably the FIFA World Cup 26 TM, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 TM.

Purpose

At HBS, we believe in nurturing the next generation of broadcasting talent. Our Legacy Program bridges the gap between academia and the thrilling world of live sports production. Working closely with universities worldwide, we create unique opportunities for students to experience the magic of major sporting events from behind the scenes. This role sits at the intersection of education, broadcasting, and international sports events, making it truly unique in the industry.

Main Activities / Responsibilities (Primary Role of the Job)

Educational Partnerships

• Lead relationships with partner universities, coordinate student selection processes, and ensure smooth program delivery across multiple international locations.
• You will be the key ambassador of our Legacy Program, presenting exciting opportunities to university management and students alike.

Program Management

• Drive the end-to-end execution of the Legacy Program, from initial university engagement to on-site coordination during major sporting events.
• Organise specialised workshops, online training sessions, and ensure seamless integration of students into various HBS departments.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, university partners, and clients.
• Coordinate with multiple HBS departments to create meaningful internship experiences while ensuring proper documentation and reporting of program progress.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience using PMO tools.
• Experience in educational program management (preferred).

• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for education.
• Adaptable team player comfortable in an international environment.
