  • Ensure regular updates of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and professional social networking platforms to identify and attract top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies in line with the company's specific needs.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
