Within the Consulting Business Unit Operational Solutions (OPSOL), which comprises nearly 300 professionals specializing in Accounting Expertise, Operational Support, and Payroll Outsourcing, PwC offers immediate assistance and operational expertise to financial and IT departments. The team "IT Project Management" consists of 25 consultants responsible for managing projects across various sectors, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Role:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the full lifecycle of technical and functional IT projects for diverse clients, respecting deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
• Generate reports and dashboards for project tracking.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand needs and identify process or system improvements.
• Work with development and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are effectively implemented.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Depending on your seniority, supervise junior team members.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within IT or complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in reporting, KPIs, and data analysis.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and curiosity about digital transformations.
