Fives Holding is actively seeking an Innovation / Digital Project Manager for the industry sector to strengthen our Paris team, with a CDI contract available immediately.

We are looking for a motivated Innovation / Digital Project Manager with a passion for industry.

Your role will include:

• Supporting subsidiaries in innovation projects (benchmarking, partner search, funding, market and value analysis)
• Managing cross-functional or transformation projects related to digital innovation and change management
• Exploring and analyzing industry-relevant topics like market opportunities and emerging technologies
• Contributing to the innovation department's initiatives, including foresight, innovation networks, and deeptech startups

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Innovation, you will join the corporate innovation team based in central Paris (9th arrondissement), easily accessible by metro, RER, or bike.

You hold an engineering degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. You enjoy designing, selling, and leading projects, and are interested in the business aspects as well.

You have a strong command of English (C1 level), solid scientific knowledge, and familiarity with one or more of the Group's sectors. Your interest in AI and digital technologies is evident.

You possess analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills, and are recognized for your ability to engage and persuade others.
