Job Description

Within a dedicated team for UK projects, you manage a portfolio of products related to one or more clients.

You are responsible for client satisfaction and the financial profitability of your product portfolio over the long term.

You oversee the development activities of your products and coordinate their lifecycle management. During development and serial production, you serve as the primary contact for the client.

Development:
  • Plan, develop, and implement the program to meet the contractual conditions agreed with the client, respecting budget and schedule constraints.
  • Coordinate and lead a multifunctional team to achieve objectives related to your product portfolio (Quality, Costs, Delivery).
  • Identify key resources and coordinate their deployment with other functions.
  • Ensure team cohesion around a common mission and operational system.
  • Identify and analyze risks and opportunities with the support of your multifunctional team.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels to update clients on progress or issues.
  • Apply the SeeDLaunch framework and PMI program management processes to achieve set objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to the program management process.
Serial Production:
  • Communicate client needs and changes to the DOI.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the client during crisis situations to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Ensure contractual relationships with suppliers allow us to meet our contractual obligations to clients.
  • Identify profitability improvement areas with the multifunctional team, list actions, and ensure deployment.
  • Support cost analysis and reduction actions for the client on their products.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the point of contact between the client and internal Daher functions.
  • Organize and lead relevant reviews with the client to report progress and resolve issues or blockers.
  • Negotiate internally and externally to serve the company's best interests while maintaining a healthy client relationship.
Leading a Multifunctional Team:
  • Be responsible for key program indicators and report on them.
  • Accurately assess task durations and difficulties, set objectives.
  • Distribute work across process steps.
  • Define schedules and assign responsibilities.
  • Monitor Risks and Opportunities: identify risks, implement mitigation actions, and ensure their execution; identify opportunities and implement actions to maximize them.
  • Evaluate results.

Education: Bac+5 from a business school or general engineering school. You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry, ideally nuclear.
