Description du poste

About the role

Within the Carbon and Energy Division, you will participate in deploying Orange France's environmental policy, notably the carbon program, through the development and consolidation of environmental reporting, contributing to the strategic plan.

  1. Model and build in-depth analyses to provide insights necessary for management and decision-making.
  2. Ensure a consolidated view of data to guarantee methodological consistency and to provide various reports requested by external stakeholders such as Ademe or ARCEP.
  3. Support the development of data collection, management, and reporting tools in close collaboration with Finance and the Group's IT, including specifications, interface descriptions, testing, etc.
  4. Clarify and document data governance.
  5. Promote a carbon management approach with national and operational directors to help identify levers for action and improve environmental impact.

You will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and evolution projects, especially in Performance:

  1. Contribute to projects aimed at transforming operational modes to control and reduce environmental impacts, in line with strategic commitments.
  2. Participate in ISO 14001 certification audits and others.

You will serve as an interface, support, and facilitator with various entities contributing to our environmental strategy, environmental management system, and reporting.

About you

You have a strong data and project management background, along with good knowledge of environmental issues related to our activities.

  • Comfortable working with numerical data and proficient in office tools and data analysis software (PowerBI, ThinkCell, etc.).
  • Rigorous and autonomous, capable of defining and structuring problems, conducting analyses, and proposing innovative recommendations.
  • Skilled in formalizing and creating clear, concise, and impactful documents.
  • Team-oriented, able to work cross-functionally, and capable of giving meaning to business transformations.
  • Have a good understanding of Orange France's and the Group's strategic vision.
  • Curious and eager to learn, diving into all of Orange France's métiers and the environmental impacts of the digital world.
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and motivated by challenges.
