Job Description:

Chef de Projet Oracle HCM (F/H) - Pilot and ensure the delivery of global initiatives related to Human Capital Management (HCM). Manage end-to-end HR technology projects, ensuring they meet business objectives within deadlines and budget. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries to implement innovative solutions that improve HR operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating overall HCM project execution, ensuring milestones, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables aligned with HR strategy and organizational structure.
• Supporting the Process & Team Director in preparing and validating funding with the investment committee.
• Monitoring and analyzing the project budget regularly.
• Organizing and facilitating steering committees at each project phase, reporting progress and issues.
• Identifying and transparently communicating risks, adjusting plans as needed to ensure smooth project delivery.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Ensuring effective coordination and communication with external stakeholders (consultants, providers) and internal stakeholders (project sponsors, IT experts, HR managers, other departments such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, Compliance).
• Proactively identifying conflicts or disengagements and implementing action plans.

Change Management & Training:

• Collaborating with the Change Manager to develop change management plans and training programs.

International and Cross-Cultural Experience:

• Proven experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Strong track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting objectives.
