Chef de projet anglophone (H/F) - CDI, Isère (38)

Location: Isère (38), France

Company: Founded in 2010, this company of 45 employees develops high-precision technologies in imaging for diverse sectors: medical, industry, space, defense, environment. The company generates €8 million in revenue with a strong focus on innovation, holding over 30 patents.

Position: We are recruiting a confirmed Project Manager to oversee the development of a product from start to finish, ensuring objectives in cost, quality, timing, and performance are met (from project initiation to production transfer). You will join a team of 3 project managers and work directly with clients based in France and abroad. You will be responsible for organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to construct the project plan (schedule, development options, risks, etc.).
2. Lead the project launch: facilitate initial project review meetings, develop stakeholder management plans.
3. Monitor project execution to meet cost, quality, timing, and performance goals.
4. Draft reports and action plans during project review meetings.
5. Join a human-sized company (45 employees) focused on innovation, with over 30 patents related to precision imaging.
6. Take on a leadership role where you can manage projects end-to-end and be closely involved in technical topics.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing development projects for MOS-type integrated circuits. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) for international client interactions.
