Un prestigieux complexe hôtelier à Megève recherche un Sous Chef Pâtissier. Vous aurez pour mission de préparer et exécuter des desserts et des produits de boulangerie tout en supervisant la cuisine pâtissière. Ce rôle offre une expérience enrichissante au sein d'une équipe passionnée et créative, dans un cadre montagnard exceptionnel.

Qualifications

  • Deux à cinq ans d'expérience en position de leadership en pâtisserie.
  • Capacité à utiliser des systèmes informatiques liés à l'alimentation et aux boissons.
  • Droit légal de travailler en France et maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Responsabilités

  • Superviser les chefs de partie et participer au développement des menus.
  • Passer les commandes et assurer le suivi des marchandises.

About the role:

The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing, creating, and executing all desserts and baked goods, as well as assisting in overseeing the pastry kitchen’s overall operation, cleanliness, and organization.

What you will do:

  • Supervise Chefs de Partie, Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis, and Trainees
  • Place orders and ensure merchandise follow-up
  • Implement and ensure compliance with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Pastry Chef
  • Participate in menu development

What we are looking for:

  • Two to five years of previous experience in a pastry leadership position
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
  • Legal right to work in France at the time of application and fluency in French and English
