About the role:

The Chef De Partie supervises and oversees the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and ensuring our food offerings are at the heart of the guest experience.

What you will do:

  • Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, and Trainees.
  • Carry out and ensure the set-up of your section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
  • Manage production and product storage.
  • Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous similar working experience.
  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French and English.
