About the role:

The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead the culinary team to deliver the highest quality food, making it a central part of our guest experience.

What you will do:

  1. Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
  2. Carry out and ensure the set-up of your section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
  3. Manage production and product storage.
  4. Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.

“The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management”.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous similar working experience.
  • You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
