Job Description:

This wonderful hotel with a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The Executive Chef and team work closely with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu features traditional favorites alongside contemporary dishes, with seasonal updates. The successful candidate will maintain and surpass the current 2AA Rosettes awarded to the property.

Main Duties:
  1. Follow daily procedures and plan the running of kitchen sections.
  2. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
  3. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment.
  2. Passion and creative flair.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Ability to stay calm during busy service times.
  5. Experience leading a section and being a strong team player.
  6. Innovative ideas and experience in culinary arts.
  7. Possession of NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certification.
  8. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UK.
  9. Proof of right to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen, ILR/PR, or valid visa).
