Description du poste

This wonderful hotel, awarded 2AA Rosettes, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The Executive Chef and team work closely with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu features traditional favorites alongside contemporary dishes, with an emphasis on maintaining and surpassing the hotel's current 2AA Rosette status.

Main Duties:
  1. Follow daily procedures and kitchen operations.
  2. Plan and manage the sections within the kitchen.
  3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
  4. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment.
  • Passion and creative flair.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service times.
  • Experience leading a section and being a strong team player.
  • Bring fresh ideas and experience to the team.
  • Possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certification.
  • Must be working in or residing in the UK, and able to prove right to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen, ILR/PR status, or valid work permit/visa with at least 2 years remaining).
