Job Description

As our next Chef de Partie, you…

• Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors
• Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision
• Manage a section and support the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
• Confidently manage, train, and share knowledge with the team
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House is a picturesque boutique hotel, featuring three buildings, including two 19th-century manor houses filled with character. Recently refurbished with Oxford-style vintage decor, it is set among 3 acres of private gardens, just 2 miles from Oxford city centre. The hotel offers 77 en-suite rooms, each with its own unique character.
