Job Description:

Eiffage Génie Civil is active across all specialties of civil engineering. Its teams are involved from design through construction, as well as repair, maintenance, and demolition, on numerous projects in France and internationally.

MISSIONS

• Conduct construction surveys.
• Prepare studies: verify surveys, conduct additional surveys, develop solutions, perform calculations, produce work drawings, etc.
• Perform topometric measurements.
• Create topographical surveys of plots.
• Take readings related to existing work interiors and facades, determine perimeter and surface.
• Represent the building site layout using markers.
• Establish infrastructure and network plans.
• Perform general staking out based on project plans and key points.
• Conduct additional staking out: ground and altimetry, use of laser, etc.
• Check support and layout conformity.
• Establish as-built drawings and communicate with project managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: 2 years higher education + 2 years experience in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Steel Construction, or 2-3 years higher education as a Surveyor-Topographical Surveyor.
• Engineering school in Public Works.
• 3-5 years experience in the trade.

JOB ENVIRONMENT

• Reporting line: Works Director or Project Director.
• Internal relations: Engineering Office, Studies and Projects Office, Project Manager.
• External relations: Engineering Office.
