Spécificités du poste

Suite au rachat d'un nouveau magasin et avec une équipe importante sous votre responsabilité, vous accompagnez la nouvelle dynamique mise en place au niveau commercial et social, dans le cadre d'investissements financiers (remodeling du magasin et du centre commercial).

Profil

Formation : Peu importe.

Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en tant que chef de Bazar ou Non alimentaire en hypermarché, de préférence pour un PDG indépendant.

Compétences et personnalité : Professionnel du Non alimentaire, principalement du Bazar en Hypermarché. Vous êtes un commerçant performant, un manager motivant aimant les challenges. Esprit d'équipe, exemplarité et envie d'apprendre vous caractérisent.
