Are you an experienced VRD Site Manager (H/F) with at least 2 years of experience? Have you completed a BTS in Public Works or a DUT in Civil Engineering? Do you want to work on diverse projects where versatility is key? Read on!

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating VRD construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.

Position: Permanent (CDI), based in Saintes. Travel: 17/16/86, no overnight stays. Salary: €2600 to €3000 gross/month depending on experience.

Main responsibilities include:

1. QSE compliance: Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental guidelines are followed, leading briefings.
2. Site preparation and management: Conducting site visits, organizing setup, managing supplies and materials, ensuring their compliance.
3. Team coordination: Using contract documents, planning work schedules, allocating resources, liaising with external stakeholders.
4. Work supervision: Monitoring progress, ensuring formwork and concrete work meet standards, conducting conformity tests.
5. Quality and deadline tracking: Supervising progress, adjusting schedules, ensuring contractual compliance.
6. Administrative and client relations: Transmitting reports, analyzing feedback, participating in meetings, maintaining good relationships.
7. Team leadership: Coordinating, supervising, motivating teams, sharing expertise, fostering a positive work environment.

Candidate profile:

• Experience in multi-disciplinary VRD project management.
• Minimum 2 years in public works or civil engineering (BTS or DUT).
• Skills in project management and team coordination.
• Deep knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Ability to read plans and use IT tools.
• Frequent travel and flexible hours expected.
• Certifications such as AIPR supervision, H3B3, and CACES Nacelle are advantageous.
• Rigorous, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Motivational leadership skills to ensure team cohesion.
