Qualifications

MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team management: Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors, verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving - CACES). Present the building site, its challenges, risks, and the works to be completed to employees. Organize and plan team missions based on site requirements and progress. Support teams’ professional development and manage HR processes within their scope. Promote best practices and address misconduct.
  • Building site preparation and installation: Ensure availability of all administrative documentation (authorizations, plans, drawings). Define and review construction works, acknowledging plans by visiting the site. Establish schedules and procedures with the Works Supervisor. Communicate procedures and ensure team understanding. Manage equipment and materials supply, signage, security devices, access roads, storage, and living quarters if needed. Supervise acceptance, storage, and supply compliance.
  • Monitoring of construction: Supervise setup, present site challenges, monitor progress, perform technical checks, analyze deviations, draft reports, and maintain equipment in good condition.
  • Site handover: Ensure completion of works, organize site withdrawal, participate in handover, and collect elements for as-built drawings.
  • Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: Enforce safety guidelines, produce reports, ensure quality and security, manage environmental measures, and conduct weekly safety meetings.
Specific Activities
  • Pipe works: Opening, repairing trenches, ensuring registration of networks, proper handling of pipelines.
  • Demolition/Decontamination: Diagnostics, registration, asbestos work, waste tracking.
  • Rail works: Compliance with safety standards, site cleanliness.
  • Earthworks: Manage tracks, traffic zones, and ensure standards.
  • Roads: Excavation, pipe laying, coating, material transfer, asphalt laying, surface dressing, and compaction.
Job Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Team Leader.
  • Relevant authorizations: BR-B2V, M2, AIPR, asbestos supervision.
  • Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal and external relations.
Votre Profil

Formation / Expérience : Bac+2 minimum (BTS TP, DUT TP) with 5 years of experience or confirmed TP site manager with over 5 years of successful experience. Proficient in Office suite and site tracking tools. Position based in Migennes with daily travel in Yonne, immediate CDI.

Compétences : Good communicator, pedagogical, methodical, self-controlled, responsible. Driver’s license B required.
