MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team management: Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors, verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving - CACES). Present the site, its challenges, risks, and works to employees. Organize and plan team missions based on site requirements. Support team professionalization and manage HR processes. Encourage best practices and govern improper conduct.
• Building site preparation and installation: Ensure all administrative documentation is available and consistent. Define and review construction works, acknowledge plans, establish schedules and procedures with the Works Supervisor. Communicate procedures to teams and ensure understanding. Ensure equipment and materials are available, manage signage and security, prepare access roads, storage, and living quarters. Supervise supplies' acceptance, storage, and compliance.
• Monitoring of the construction: Supervise setup, present site challenges, monitor progress, perform technical checks, analyze deviations, notify the Works Supervisor, and implement corrective actions. Draft reports and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Building site handover: Ensure completion of works, organize withdrawal, participate in handover, and collect elements for as-built drawings.
• Quality, Prevention, Security, Environment: Ensure application of safety and quality guidelines, produce reports, maintain security and quality standards, manage environmental measures.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

Details on pipe works, demolition/decontamination, rail works, earthworks, roads, and asphalt activities are included, with responsibilities specific to each.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience as a Team Leader
• Required authorizations depending on the role (e.g., BR-B2V, M2, AIPR, asbestos supervision)
• Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal relations: engineering, support, journeymen. External: subcontractors, clients, suppliers, residents, service providers.

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation / Expérience : Bac+2 minimum (BTS TP, DUT TP) with 5 years of experience, or confirmed chief of works with similar experience. Proficient in Office tools and site follow-up tools. Position based in Migennes with daily travel in Yonne, immediate CDI.

Compétences : Good communicator, pedagogical, methodical, self-controlled, responsible. Driving license B required.
