Chef de Chantier – Spécialité Pompage & Fontainerie (H/F)

Location: Région Nord - Île-de-France

Main Missions:

1. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, ensure the smooth running of construction sites.
2. Supervise and motivate the team members.
3. Participate in pumping and fountain work.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Read and interpret hydraulic plans, diagrams, and technical files.
6. Manage procurement of equipment and materials.
7. Apply and enforce safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in site meetings.
9. Prepare site reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical training background.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in pumping, sanitation, or hydraulic networks.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electromechanics, and piping systems.
• Leadership skills, organizational sense, and responsiveness.
• Valid driving license (Permis B).
