Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and handling reception calls;
- Managing Check-in & Check-out procedures and assisting Marriott Bonvoy members according to Marriott standards;
- Responding to guest inquiries regarding pricing, services, and other information;
- Participating in reservation planning and room occupancy management;
- Verifying arrivals and preparing guest files;
- Recording and professionally addressing guest complaints;
- Operating systems like Opera, GXP, Mobile C/I and C/O, Empower Reservation, Marsha, or others used by the hotel or Marriott;
- Supervising guest check-outs;
- Handling Grab and Go sales;
- Preparing daily reports;
- Processing payments and supervising billing and collections;
- Supporting the Front Desk Manager in improving service quality scores and revenue through upselling;
- Organizing and planning the reception team’s work and training new staff.
Candidate Profile & Qualities:
- Background in hospitality or related field, with a specialization in reception;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Interest in management;
- Customer service-oriented and meticulous;
- Energetic and committed;
- Versatile;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Contract Type: CDI
Work hours: 39 hours/week, shift work
Salary:
- Gross monthly salary: €2550 - €2750 over 12 months;
- Health insurance;

Experience Required:
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
