Manpower CABINET DE RECRUTEMENT DE NANTES is seeking a Night Team Leader (H/F) for its client, an automotive subcontractor. The role involves managing a production team of 15 people, ensuring skill development to meet production goals, overseeing daily administrative tasks in coordination with HR, maintaining safety standards, participating in planning with logistics, and collaborating with methods, maintenance, quality, and HSE departments to enhance industrial performance. The candidate should have at least 5 years of significant industrial experience, knowledge of planning, and problem-solving skills. The position is available immediately as a full-time CDI (40h50) on night shifts (9:50 PM - 6:00 AM), Monday to Friday, with meal vouchers included.
