Position

Within the Industrial Department, specifically for an Autonomous Production Unit (UAP KLAM), we are looking for a Team Leader (F/H) on a 3x8 shift schedule.

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will lead a team (20-25 members on a 3x8 shift) to carry out manufacturing and related activities in compliance with safety, environmental, and energy standards, while meeting quality, productivity, cost, and deadline requirements, with a focus on performance and efficiency.
