Responsibilities: To act as a technical, functional and line management adviser coordinating and supervising the work of a team. To guarantee the level of quality produced by the team and the achievement of its cost and lead time targets.

Scope of Activities:
- Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
- Organize your teams according to the activity concerned, and check the adequacy of short-term workload/capacity
- Lead and manage the production and support services teams within your scope of responsibility
- Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
- Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
- Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
- Contribute to human resources management tasks (hiring, training, annual appraisals, development of high-potential individuals, and qualification management for individual sites)
- Introduce and encourage multi-skilling within the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement and/or problem-solving initiatives
- Provide change management
- Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
- Update dashboards
- Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility
- Manage the SQDCT (safety, quality, lead time, cost, team) performance within your scope of responsibility
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
- Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
- Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
- Support QSE maturity development in your sector
