Responsibilities: To act as a technical, functional and line management adviser coordinating and supervising the work of a team. To guarantee the level of quality produced by the team and the achievement of its cost and lead time targets.

Scope of Activities:

  1. Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
  2. Organize your teams according to the activity concerned, and check the adequacy of short-term workload/capacity
  3. Lead and manage the production and support services teams within your scope of responsibility
  4. Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
  5. Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
  6. Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
  7. Contribute to human resources management tasks (hiring, training, annual appraisals, development of high-potential individuals, and qualification management for individual sites)
  8. Introduce and encourage multi-skilling within the team
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement and/or problem-solving initiatives
  10. Provide change management
  11. Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
  12. Update dashboards
  13. Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility
  14. Manage the SQDCT (safety, quality, lead time, cost, team) performance within your scope of responsibility
  15. Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
  16. Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
  17. Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
  18. Support QSE maturity development in your sector
