Adsearch, Cabinet de Conseil en recrutement, recrute pour son partenaire Industriel un.e Chef d'équipe H/F (CDI).

VOS MISSIONS

• Vous encadrez l’équipe et maintenez un climat motivant et valorisant
• Vous organisez, anticipez et optimisez la production, conformément aux plannings de fabrication
• Vous suivez et animez les indicateurs de performance et les plans d’actions auprès de votre équipe, dans une logique d’amélioration continue
• Vous assurez l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants et leur formation au poste
• Vous veillez à l'application de la politique Qualité Hygiène Sécurité Environnement

Profil recherché

VOTRE PROFIL

Conducteur de Ligne ou d’Installation, vous êtes expérimenté dans le métier et souhaitez évoluer vers une fonction managériale.

Votre leadership vous permet de créer l'émulation au sein de l'équipe. Vous faites preuve de bienveillance et de pragmatisme avec les équipes.

On vous apprécie pour votre dynamisme et votre rigueur au quotidien.
