Job Description:

Are you an experienced Team Leader Carpenter seeking a durable investment? We have an offer starting from BRIGNAIS (69)! As a team leader, you will oversee your team and carry out carpentry work independently on projects in the Lyon area, including renovation, roofing insulation, new construction, house elevation, and attic conversion.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing and preparing project phases with the Construction Supervisor.
2. Leading and assigning tasks to your team (2-3 Carpenters / Roofers).
3. Ensuring quality and deadline compliance.
4. Addressing unforeseen issues and proposing solutions.
5. Training and supporting your team members.
6. Ensuring safety standards on-site: implementing protective measures and verifying compliance.

You will also participate in production tasks such as:

• Installing various types of roofing structures and materials.
• Installing supporting floors and wood frame walls.
• Applying underlayment, tiles, or metal roofing.
• Installing bio-sourced insulation and vapor barriers.
• Fitting wooden cladding and managing air tightness.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:45, with every other Friday off. Initial two-month temp contract, with potential for permanent opportunities. Salary: €2550-€2900 gross/month. Benefits include profit sharing, discounts, and RTT.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 2 years as a team leader carpenter.
• Valid driving license B and own vehicle.
• Energetic, eager to learn, team-oriented.
• Experience in roofing and timber frame construction preferred.
• Team and site management skills essential.
