Job Description:

Winsearch, a recruitment and HR support agency, is looking for a Mechanical Workshop Team Leader (H/F) for its client, a company specializing in sheet metal and boiler-making. You will be part of a 30-person production site, reporting to the Sector Manager. Your role involves managing a team of approximately 15 employees, ensuring production aligns with manufacturing, quality, and safety standards. You will participate in continuous improvement projects on-site, leading and coordinating your team, organizing production activities, ensuring resource availability, and monitoring performance via KPIs. A background in mechanical engineering (Bac+2) with experience in heavy industry (mechanical, metallurgical) and at least 3 years of managerial experience is required. Welding skills are also necessary. The position is permanent, based near Nogent le Rotrou (28), with a salary range of €32K-37K plus benefits.
