Holi Crop is seeking a talented Chef to join our team in Turramurra. You will create and prepare high-quality, plant-based dishes that align with our sustainability and culture focus, and design innovative menus in collaboration with the team.

Reporting to Head of Operations, you will manage kitchen operations, ensure service readiness, maintain high standards, and stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring staff.

Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. You will work closely with the team to design innovative menus, manage kitchen operations and ensure a memorable dining experience.

As Chef you will report directly to the Head of Operations and collaborate to maintain high standards and bring our culinary vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Plan menu considering budget and seasonal ingredients.
• Prepare for service, ensuring kitchen stocked, clean, cut, marinate as needed.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop new recipes to keep menu fresh and maintain high standards.

• Receive feedback and implement improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Culinary school degree/diploma or at least three years relevant experience equivalent.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
