About the role

The Guest Services Supervisor performs the duties of Valet, Door and Bell Attendants as well as shuttle driver, and reports directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. The Guest Services Supervisor responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and expectations. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Guest Services Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent by being knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and the activities offered to our valued guests .

What you will do

  • To master all the procedures for welcoming our guests and to ensure that they are applied by the members of the team .

  • Supervise the work of team members and provide feedback on their performance to the Guest Services Manager.

  • Working closely with the Guest Relations team , monitor regular customers and supervise the updating of their profiles.

  • Welcoming and accompanying VIPs and regular guests .

  • Ensuring compliance with all the department's procedures (administrative, disciplinary and safety ) in order to optimise the completion of tasks .

  • Relaying all information distributed by the Guest Services Manager for the smooth running of the department ( procedures , memos, notes relating to the department or the hotel ).

What we are looking for

Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève and the contract is seasonal .

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Opera PMS is required .
