Poste

We are looking for a full-time CDI Recruitment and Support Officer for our Annecy agency.

Reporting to the agency manager, your main missions include:

  • Welcoming temporary workers and clients in person and by phone
  • Registering temporary workers: collecting necessary administrative documents and entering data into our software
  • Managing administrative files of temporary workers: creating approvals, monitoring document validity...
  • Drafting delegation contracts using dedicated software
  • Select, qualify candidates, conduct interviews (in person and by phone), and assess skills
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, forums, etc.) based on agency needs
  • Promote candidate profiles proactively
  • Organize group interviews
  • Make direct placements to facilitate employment exits
  • Maintain partnership relations and represent agencies externally
  • Assist with onboarding, equipment handover, CV and test preparations
  • Advise candidates during recruitment
  • Manage recruitment, follow-up, and retention of temporary workers
  • Handle applications throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with administrative tasks alongside the administrative management officer
  • Support socially and professionally challenged individuals in employment
  • Coordinate between the agency and prescribers and partners

Work Conditions:

  • Hours: 8:40 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • 11 days of recovery per year
  • Salary negotiable based on experience, between €25k and €30k gross per year + monthly variable bonuses

Profil recherché
