About the Company

Kinougarde-Mômji is a leader in at-home childcare services in French and English. Our nannies speak both languages and are selected to meet the needs of families seeking bilingual care. Our mission is to provide tailored childcare solutions with high-quality caregivers.

Position Details

  • Based in Paris (multiple recruitment sites available)
  • Contract: Fixed-term from April to October 2025
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, with every other Saturday off and a compensatory day during the week
  • Weekly hours: 35, 37.5, or 40 hours, flexible according to employee preference
  • Benefits: Meal vouchers (€9/day worked, 60% covered by the company), CSE services, fixed salary plus participation bonus, company health insurance

Responsibilities

After comprehensive initial training, you will be supported by your manager in daily tasks, including:

  • Pre-screening candidates by phone
  • Conducting face-to-face interviews to assess skills and suitability
  • Preparing candidate files
  • Proposing childcare assignments to suitable candidates

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English, with a minimum of a Bac+2 qualification. Experience in recruitment or childcare is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal qualities include listening skills, enthusiasm, dynamism, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in phone communication and computer skills are required.
