Vous serez impliqué dans la gestion et l'analyse de projets, en collaboration avec le directeur départemental. Qualifications

• Expérience d’au moins 3 ans réussie dans les études de coûts.
• Compétent avec des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, DAO).
• Capacité à organiser son travail efficacement.

As part of our development, we are seeking a Chargé Etudes et Prise d'Affaires (H/F) for our subsidiary BERENGIER DEPOLLUTION, based at our Saint-Germain-des-Prés agency (49).

In collaboration with the Department Director, your responsibilities will include:

1. Opening and analyzing project documents
2. Planning studies
3. Managing one or multiple studies simultaneously: consultations, pricing, scheduling, technical reports, and bid documents
4. Preparing business follow-up files
5. Internal and partner reporting
6. Leading handover meetings with the construction team for secured projects

Ideally, you have a background in construction or construction economics and at least 3 years of successful experience in cost studies. You are proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office and DAO). You possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, good writing skills, and can organize your work and workload effectively based on submission deadlines.
