My job, Our future

We are looking for a competent and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our Spare Parts division team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.

You will assist our distributor network and international subsidiaries in the administrative management of Spare Parts sales. Your responsibilities will include coordinating orders (volume scheduling), managing various disputes through effective communication with our clients and internal departments (purchasing, master data, logistics), and monitoring shipments and deliveries.

You will also work closely with our sales team to ensure effective activity follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Support Manager in planning and organizing commercial activities
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes related to sales
  • Support our network from order receipt to parts delivery
  • Organize shipments in collaboration with the transport team and monitor logistical flows
  • Handle freight transit documents such as customs clearance and payment invoices
  • Follow up and resolve customer claims (delays, backorders, transport disputes, delivery anomalies)
  • Maintain good communication with clients to ensure quality service
  • Contribute to customer loyalty by ensuring their satisfaction
