Your mission


We are recruiting for an Alternance in Boulogne, as a Vigilance Officer - Periodic Reports, reporting to the Periodic Reports Unit within the Group Vigilance Department of the Medical and Patient Relations Directorate.


You will be responsible for drafting periodic vigilance reports and other reports managed by the Vigilance Department, and submitting them to subsidiaries, partners, and authorities as required, within regulatory deadlines.


Specifically, you will:

  1. Prepare and draft periodic reports such as PSURs, PBRER, NIT, ADD COV, and clinical trial periodic reports (DSUR, BR, etc.), ensuring data quality.
  2. Oversee the submission of these reports to relevant authorities, subsidiaries, and partners, adhering to Pierre Fabre procedures and regulatory timelines, ensuring traceability.
  3. Assist in organizing and archiving vigilance reports, bibliographies, and other documents necessary for report drafting.
  4. Participate in meetings and contribute to activities aimed at continuous process improvement within the Department to minimize risks and deviations during audits and inspections.

You are a final-year pharmacy student (6th year).


You are proficient with collaborative tools and office software.


You are fluent in written English.
