The position of Senior Product Manager Compliance is located in Lyon, Boulogne, or Roubaix, at the heart of the Retail Business Unit. You will join the Product Management team of around ten people, reporting to Olivier Chiono, Head of Retail Product. This dynamic team works to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the retail sector, with a focus on compliance and product excellence.

Your objective as Product Manager?

Your objective is to steer the roadmap of the Cegid Retail Y2 product, deployed in over 70 countries, guaranteeing its adaptation and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for compliance aspects, including tax issues, personal data protection, electronic invoicing, and electronic reporting.

In this role, you will :

• Assess the impact of legislation : you will analyze the effects of new legislation on our products and steer the evolution of our software.
• Structure legal monitoring activities : you will organize the detection of new legislation that could affect our solutions.
• Propose strategic adaptations : you monitor compliance solutions and players to adjust our product strategy and steer the roadmap.
• Create the Compliance backlog : you manage the roadmap in collaboration with the other Product Managers, the Cegid Engineering teams, and the Cegid Retail Business Division management.
• Oversee delivery : you ensure the launch of compliance functionalities with the services, support, marketing, and partner teams (subcontractors, resellers, integrators, solution partners).
• Lead a community on compliance issues : you will continually improve the understanding of these issues within our ecosystem (internal, partners, customers).

Qualifications :

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems, with more than 4 years' experience in managing the legal compliance of software or information systems.
• You are curious and organized, with skills in IT project management or as a Product Manager on an international scope.
• You have excellent communication skills, are comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams, and are recognized for your ability to listen and find solutions.
• Fluency in English is essential.
