What will your future challenges be?
The Commercial Brokerage Damage Department faces significant development and efficiency challenges. Your team responsibilities include:

• Participating in the development and monitoring of the commercial action plan
• Creating dashboards for our sales funnel and analyzing indicators to make recommendations and follow-up actions
• Providing technical and commercial support to Business Inspectors and Brokers on commercial tools (Abeille Assurances Box Courtage)
• Coordinating business projects with Inspectors and head office teams (underwriting & prevention)

What environment will you work in?
Within the Damage Brokerage Department, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you'll join a small team of 4 at headquarters and 8 regionally. Your main task will be to develop and animate the Inspection Sectors aligned with Abeille Assurances' Strategic Plan, respecting group ethics and compliance. You will liaise with headquarters teams, including the Underwriting and Prevention Inspectors.

Are you the person to meet this challenge?
- Currently pursuing a 2-year master's in business or insurance schools.
- First work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with calls.
- Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and team-oriented.

- Duration: 24-month apprenticeship
