ASSISTANT(E) COMMERCIAL(E) DOM TOM H/F (alternance 12 mois)

About the Position

Integrated into the DOM-TOM Commercial Team, reporting to the DOM-TOM Director, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Marketing, Activation, and Sales departments.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Analysis (20%)
    • Collecting and processing customer data
    • Performing analysis and providing recommendations
    • Participating in the S&OP process
    • Analyzing competitor performance
  2. Order Management (SAP) (50%)
    • Handling orders and shipments (export)
    • Customer relations (after-sales, disputes, cash collection)
    • Following up on fiscal documents and freight forwarder files
  3. Trade Marketing (30%)
    • Acting as the interface between Marketing and Distributors
    • Creating and managing sales support materials
    • Managing digital campaigns (META and Display)
Candidate Profile

Holding a Bac+4/+5 or BTS in International Trade, you are motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn, organized, and rigorous. You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and are responsive. Comfortable with numerical data, you also have good strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience in import-export or sales administration management is a plus.
