What will your challenges be?
- Reporting and governance: Contribute to monthly project progress reports for the DTIT roadmap, including project status, decisions, alerts, and budget updates for senior management.
- Budget monitoring: Assist in monthly budget consumption tracking for operations, maintenance, and projects; participate in budget estimation exercises; monitor detailed budget transfers in JH and euros for both RUN and CHANGE.
- Change management: Improve current budget processes and develop action plans based on feedback.

Work environment: Reporting to the PMO of the P2M team managing Budget and Roadmap oversight for DTIT, guided by the PMO Lead, and developing skills to support defined missions.

Are you the right person for this challenge?
- Student in Engineering School, University, or Business School seeking a M1 or M2 apprenticeship.
- Background or interest in project management, with practical application during your studies.
- Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables).
- Strong writing skills and synthesis ability.
- Comfortable with budget and project management; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Practical details: Duration: 12 or 24 months, starting September 2025, based in Bois-Colombes (92).
