• Grades sought: Writer, Principal Writer (2nd and 1st class), Technician, Principal Technician (2nd and 1st class)
• Contractual open to: Yes, under derogation for non-civil servant candidates. Contracts can be up to 3 years, renewable up to 6 years.
• Work hours: Full-time

Job Description

Within the Maintenance and Expertise Department of the City of Marseille, reporting to the Deputy General Directorate of Daily City Life (DGAVAQ), you will manage maintenance requests from the Technical Maintenance and Expertise Unit.

Context

The Department manages the city's buildings and equipment, focusing on sustainable development policies. It maintains, renovates, and develops new projects for city assets such as stadiums, gyms, pools, social centers, museums, libraries, theaters, and iconic sites like the Opéra and Palais Longchamp.

The Technical Maintenance and Expertise Unit is the technical and regulatory reference for other city departments and services, consisting of four teams: Energy Management, Water Management, Electrical Engineering, and Building Maintenance, where you will be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests related to technical equipment in municipal buildings.
• Process requests via the 'Allo-Mairie' and Computerized Maintenance Management System (GMAO).
• Follow up and send reminders for intervention requests.
• Close intervention requests upon completion.
