Job Description

The Engine Owner manages the maintenance of engines offloaded to SAFRAN Partners' shops. She/He engages stakeholders from different functions and sites to fulfill commitments to the Customer Team regarding TAT and cost, from engine removal to readiness for installation.
She/He is responsible for anticipating shop visit scenarios, managing related risks, and consolidating solutions to meet objectives related to customer satisfaction, TAT, and costs, with validation of these solutions.

Job Requirements

• Technical background with good knowledge of engines.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills.
• Customer satisfaction focus, especially with Airlines and Lessors.
• High standards internally and with partners.
• Well-organized with multitasking capabilities.

Additional Information

Assignments may involve travel between our Partners' shops in Europe/Middle East and Headquarters (Montereau-sur-le-Jard / Villaroche).
