Your Missions:

After comprehensive initial training, your manager will welcome you to the agency and support you daily. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a pool of nannies:

• Pre-select candidates by phone.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews.
• Assign childcare shifts.
• Support our nannies throughout the service duration.

Most recruitment activities are face-to-face, with other responsibilities handled mainly by phone.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bac+2 and wish to gain experience in a rewarding role. Ideally, you have recruitment experience or experience with children (e.g., early childhood animation, parent, diploma in early childhood sector, working in a nursery, etc.).

Seeking to invest in a human-sized structure that values developing employee skills and promotes internally. You enjoy commercial challenges, are comfortable on the phone, and possess good listening skills, a friendly demeanor, and dynamism. Teamwork, a positive attitude, and proficiency with IT tools are essential.
