Job Description

The role of Recruitment Officer primarily involves recruiting candidates using specific tools tailored to our company to fulfill all client requests, in close collaboration with the agency's sales team.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills when registering candidates and working with our temporary workers on various assignments. You will also manage client relationships and support the sales team in developing the client portfolio.

Your client relationship responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations with our temporary workers and presenting suitable candidates to meet their staffing needs. All price negotiations are handled by the sales team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On-site dining is available with a fridge and microwave. Compensation includes a base salary, monthly commission, meal vouchers, and a year-end bonus (equivalent to a 13th month salary).
