As part of its development, the company is looking for an experienced B2B Debt Collection Officer. You will be responsible for managing the collection of client receivables from our B2B portfolio. You will actively contribute to improving our cash flow while maintaining good relationships with our business partners.

Main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing B2B client receivables collection.
• Following up with clients via phone, email, and mail to settle overdue invoices.
• Negotiating payment terms and implementing suitable solutions.
• Ensuring administrative follow-up of collection cases (recording actions, updating information in systems).
• Working closely with the accounting department for dispute management and account follow-up.
• Preparing regular reports on collection status and actions taken.
• Participating in the improvement of internal collection processes.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar B2B collection role.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of customer accounting, proficiency with management software and tracking tools.
• Personal qualities: Rigor, organizational skills, prioritization, and autonomy in managing cases.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation ability, and maintaining harmonious professional relationships with clients.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
