Job Description:

Nexity Immobilier Résidentiel is recruiting within its subsidiary in Bayonne for a Chargé de Programmes H/F in ALTERNANCE starting September 2025 for one year.

Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will participate in various phases of real estate project development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with project setup;
2. Managing administrative and legal procedures (building permits, calls for tenders, relations with local authorities, etc.);
3. Coordinating between different stakeholders (architects, technical experts, etc.);
4. Monitoring technical and financial aspects of construction sites;
5. Supporting marketing efforts and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bac+2/3 in real estate, urban planning, law, or engineering;
• Interest in real estate development sector;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
• Proficiency with office tools;
• Team spirit and rigor;
• Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory.
