We are seeking a Planning Officer (F/H) for our Compressor division. The role involves organizing after-sales service interventions within the designated geographic area, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and adherence to contractual commitments. Main responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Act as the primary contact point for clients to schedule interventions.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Promote satisfaction surveys and prepare quotes.

Planning

  • Organize and optimize interventions, including contractual visits, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure the availability of specific parts and tools for interventions.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and plan human resources while respecting regulations.

Activity Monitoring

  • Control data and correct information in systems (ERP).
  • Manage invoices and handle disputes.
  • Optimize resources by analyzing diagnostic tickets and monitoring ongoing work.

Profile

  • Education: Bac+2/3 in logistics, management, or a similar technical field.
  • Technical skills:
  • - Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and office tools (Excel, Word).
  • - Understanding of compressed air equipment (a plus).

Languages: Professional English (B1/B2).
Personal qualities: Organization, proactivity, customer service orientation, team spirit.
