Job description

Within the Mayor's Office, in close contact with the Mayor and the Director of the Office, the project officer will improve the management of public spaces and buildings, tenant/landlord relations primarily in neighborhoods undergoing urban renewal, and will be responsible for developing and monitoring exemption agreements for TFPB* on the territory.

Responsibilities / conditions of exercise

  • Identify on the ground any dysfunctions or damages observed on the landlord's domain (external spaces and common areas) and on the properties of other landowners in the municipality
  • Conduct visits following reports from residents and relay dysfunctions to relevant services (landlords, equipment managers, Plaine Commune services...)
  • Create summaries of actions on public domain (roads, green spaces, lighting, tags...) in collaboration with competent services
  • Develop dashboards and monitor repair follow-ups with different stakeholders
  • Propose and participate in improvement actions (coordination of interventions, awareness campaigns for residents...)
  • Draft execution agreements for GUSP* and exemption agreements for TFPB*
  • Prepare and participate in field meetings

Profiles sought

  • Minimum BAC +3 education (social development and urban planning, law, social sciences, urban policy, or local development...)
  • At least 3 years of experience preferred
  • Successful experience in project setup and coordination involving multiple partners and mastery of GUP-related systems

  • Excellent command of office software and hardware
  • Strong writing skills
  • Good knowledge of local authorities and their partners
  • Availability
  • Adaptability, anticipation, organization, and planning skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality obligations
  • Driving license B preferred
